INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

The proceedings of the CCC 2003 conference,
which was supposed to be held in Huangshan City (China) in June
2003, will be published by BirkHauser Verlag (Switzerland) in
their series Progress in Computer Science and Applied
Logic. Keqin Feng, Harald Niederreiter, and Chaoping
Xing will serve as the editors of the proceedings.
Every invited speaker and every author of an abstract accepted
by the conference is invited to submit a full paper based on
his or her proposed topic. Each submission will be strictly
refereed and there will be a limit on the size of the volume.
As a guideline, manuscripts based on contributed abstracts should
not exceed 15 pages. These manuscripts should contain original
research contributions not published elsewhere, whereas manuscripts
by invited speakers can also contain material of survey character.
The manuscripts must be prepared with the Birkhauser style file
birkart.cls in a Latex2e environment.
The file Birkart2002.zip contains
this style file as well as the sample Latex2e file SampleBirk.tex
and the corresponding .dvi file SampleBirk.dvi
for convenient printing. Manuscripts not using the prescribed
style file will not be considered. Include all art at the appropriate
place in the article since the pages will be reproduced photographically.
